1. BOOKING
1.1 Customers can request Bookings via Hive Manila Guesthouse website or by contacting Hive Manila Guesthouse staff at the Guesthouse.
1.2 When requesting Bookings, Customers will be required to provide identification information including, but not limited to, their name, address, contact telephone number and email address.
1.3 No request for a Booking should be deemed to be accepted unless and until Hive Manila Guesthouse confirms its acceptance and provides a confirmation letter / booking reference, at which point the Contract will come into existence.
1.4 Subject to clause 4 Hive Manila Guesthouse will use its reasonable endeavors to accommodate any request from the Customer to change the Booking Details but any request to change the dates or length of stay or add products and/or services will be subject to availability and the Customer paying for such increased length of stay and/or products and/or services at Hive Manila Guesthouse standard rates from time to time.
2. FEES AND PAYMENT
2.1 Security Deposit of Php 500 payment is required upon check-in. On your check-out ,security deposit will be fully refunded upon completion of guesthouse inventory.
2.2 Customers will be informed of the amount of the Additional Charges before they are incurred.
2.3 Bookings will be subject to the Customer:
making payment of the Charges in full in advance or, at Hive Manila Guesthouse option, paying a booking fee and/or deposit; and providing valid Credit Card details via which payment of the Charges or the balance of the Charges(as the case may be) and any Additional Charges can be taken at check in at the Guesthouse or at the time of booking.
2.4 If not prepaid in full at time of booking the balance of the Charges must be paid by the Customer immediately on checking in at the Hostel. Any Additional Charges must be paid either as they are incurred .
2.5 The following payment methods are accepted by Hive Manila Guesthouse
2.5.1 Credit Card, Paypal, Offline payments
2.5.2 Cash if the Customer is paying in person at the Hostel.
3. CANCELLATIONS
3.1 Where the Customer has been offered a discounted rate on condition that the Booking becomes non-refundable upon cancellation then, provided the Customer has been informed of such Condition, in the event of cancellation of the Booking, all Charges applicable to that Booking remain payable in full..
3.2 Hive Manila Guesthouse may at any time cancel a Booking if the Guesthouse becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside Hive Manila Guesthouse control in which case Hive Manila Guesthouse will pay the Customer a full refund of any Charges and any booking fee paid.
3.3 Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival date will incur a three night charge.
Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge.
Failure to arrive will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
3.4 Booking and payment made online cannot be cancelled .all Charges applicable to that Booking remain payable in full.
4. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
4.1 Check-in time at the Guesthouse booked is from 1400 hrs. Check-in prior to 1500 hrs. may be available subject to prior arrangement with Hive Manila Guesthouse and subject to the full range of services and facilities at the Guesthouse not being available until the standard check in time.
4.2 Check-out time at the Guesthouse booked is 1100 hrs.. Later check-out times may be possible by prior arrangement with an additional charge and subject to availability. (In the absence of such prior arrangement, failure to check-out by 1000 hrs may result in the Customer being charged for an additional night's accommodation at the standard applicable rate. In the event of an early departure by the Customer, no refund will be made to this payment.
5. HOSTEL RULES
5.1 Valid photo identification in the form of a Driver License or Passport or any Governement ID with proof of age is required at check-in..
5.2 Customers are required to conduct themselves and ensure that their Guests conduct themselves in a reasonable and responsible manner at the Guesthouse and must not act in any way which may disturb other guests. Failure to adhere to this requirement may result in Guests being asked to leave the Guesthouse in which event all Charges and Additional Charges shall become immediately payable by the Guest.
5.3 Smoking is not permitted inside the guesthouse .Violation of this policy will incur a Php 2,000 fine.However, Smoking is permitted outside the guestroom
5.4 The Customer will be responsible for any loss or damage caused at the guesthouse by Guests or visitor of the Guest. The Guest may be liable for Hive Manila Guesthouse reasonable cost of repairing, cleaning or replacing any property of Hive Manila Guesthouse which is damaged, soiled or lost by a Guest.
5.5 No animals are allowed in the Guesthouse
5.6 Hive Manila Guesthouse does not accept bookings made by those under the age of 21. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in automatic Cancellation with no refund given.
6. DISABLED GUESTS
6.1 Customers with any special requirements pertaining to a disability should inform the management team at the Guesthouse prior to the Arrival Date.
7. PERSONAL DATA
7.1 The Customer hereby consents to Hive Manila Guesthouse collecting of the Customers personal data such as name, surname, email address, social security number, customer number, address, contact information and details of the bank account number and IP number.
7.2 Details of transactions you carry out through our site and of the fulfillment of your booking and it is not, under any circumstance, shared with other organizations for any purpose.
8. Bedding and Capacity
8.1 Studio rooms contain 1 double size bed and Maximum capacity: 2 people. Pull out beds are available. However a surcharge of Php 500 is required in excess of 2 persons
8.2 All children are welcome. Those under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding; in the event that the guest request for additional pullout bed, surcharge of Php 500 /person /day will be applied.
8.3 Children over the age of 4 years have surcharge of Php 500
